Welcome to Vox Surveys. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. We keep things fair and transparent so everyone can earn safely.

01 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 13+ with parental consent) to use Vox Surveys. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban.

02 Earning & Payments

Points are earned by completing surveys and offers legitimately.

• Verification: We may review high-value completions to prevent fraud.
• Payouts: Withdrawals are processed instantly but can take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
• Refunds: All redemptions are final once processed.

04 User-Generated Content (UGC)

Vox Surveys allows users to interact and post content. To maintain a safe environment, we strictly enforce the following:

• Zero Tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content (e.g., hate speech, nudity, or violence) or abusive users.
• Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag any content as "Objectionable" or block abusive users directly within the app. Blocking a user instantly removes their content from your view.
• Developer Action: Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We will remove offending content and eject any user who violates these safety standards.

05 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be purged to maintain database performance.
